Getting There

Bicycle
Start your journey in Edgartown, where you can rent a bicycle at one of the local rental shops. From Edgartown center, head southeast on Main Street towards Dock Street. Continue onto the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road (Route 3) for about 2 miles. When you reach the fork, take a right onto Chappaquiddick Road. After about 1 mile, you will come to the Chappaquiddick Ferry terminal. Take the ferry across to Chappaquiddick Island. Once you disembark, cycle straight onto Lighthouse Road. Follow Lighthouse Road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Cape Poge Lighthouse.
