    If you are starting from Edgartown, head towards the Edgartown Lighthouse located at 1 Lighthouse Rd, Edgartown. From there, walk along the scenic beach path towards Seaview Ave. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Seaview Ave. Turn left onto Seaview Ave and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. Joseph Sylvia State Beach will be on your right at 267-125 Seaview Ave.

    If you are in Oak Bluffs, start by biking south on East Chop Drive. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with County Rd. Turn left onto County Rd and continue until you reach Seaview Ave. Turn right onto Seaview Ave and bike for about 1 mile. Joseph Sylvia State Beach will be located on your left at 267-125 Seaview Ave.
