From the main entrance of Mohawk Trail State Forest, head southeast on Route 2. Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Main Street in Greenfield. Turn right onto Main Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street, which will lead you directly to Poet's Seat Tower. There is a small parking area available near the tower.

Take the Franklin Regional Transit Authority (FRTA) bus service from the nearest bus stop in Mohawk Trail State Forest to Greenfield. Once you arrive in Greenfield, disembark at the Main Street stop.
