From there, walk north along Acushnet Avenue for about a mile until you reach the intersection with Route 6. Turn right onto Route 6, and continue walking for approximately 0.5 miles. You will then need to take a bus or a train to Plymouth. Board the Peter Pan Bus Lines located at the bus terminal on 1340 Purchase Street, New Bedford. Make sure to check the schedule for departures to Plymouth. Once you arrive in Plymouth, walk for about 10 minutes to the Jabez Howland House, located at 33 Sandwich Street.
