From anywhere in Norfolk County, get on I-95 N from your starting point. Follow I-95 N for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for I-93 N toward Boston. Merge onto I-93 N and continue for about 12 miles. Take exit 20 for Purchase Street toward South Boston. Merge onto Purchase Street and then turn right onto Congress Street.
