Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto Route 128 (I-95) North from your current location in North Shore. Follow I-95 N for approximately 20 miles, then take exit 28B to merge onto I-93 South toward Boston. Continue on I-93 S for about 5 miles. Take exit 26 for Storrow Drive toward Cambridge. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Storrow Drive W, and merge onto Storrow Drive. After about 1 mile, take the exit toward Memorial Drive. Continue on Memorial Drive, and you will find the Great Dome at 222 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139. There is generally street parking available, but be aware of meters or parking restrictions.

  • Public Transportation

    For public transportation, you can take the MBTA commuter rail or a bus from various locations in North Shore. If you're near the Salem or Beverly area, take the MBTA Commuter Rail from Salem station to North Station in Boston. From North Station, transfer to the Green Line (C or E train) towards Lechmere. Get off at Park Street and transfer to the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at Kendall/MIT Station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Great Dome. Walk down Main Street, then take a left onto Memorial Drive, and the Great Dome will be on your left at 222 Memorial Drive.
