    From the center of Provincetown, head east on Commercial Street towards the water. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Bradford Street. Turn right onto Bradford Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. You will see the ferry terminal on your left. Take the ferry from Provincetown to Plymouth, which takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Plymouth, exit the ferry terminal and walk south towards Water Street. Mayflower II is located along Water Street, just a short 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

    Biking

    From the center of Provincetown, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head east on Commercial Street and follow the bike path to the ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Plymouth, which takes about 1 hour. After disembarking, cycle south on Water Street. Mayflower II will be on your right, and it is about a 10-minute ride from the ferry terminal.
