From the center of Provincetown, start at the Town Hall located at 260 Commercial Street. Head east on Commercial Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Shank Painter Road. Turn right onto Shank Painter Road and continue walking for about 0.8 miles. You will see a sign for Route 6 North. At this point, turn left onto Route 6 North and walk for about 1.5 miles. Look for the sign for Truro Vineyards on your left at 11 Shore Rd, North Truro, MA 02652.

If you have access to a bike, start from the center of Provincetown at the Town Hall. Head east on Commercial Street for 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Shank Painter Road. Turn right onto Shank Painter Road and bike for about 0.8 miles. Then, turn left onto Route 6 North and continue for about 1.5 miles. Look for Truro Vineyards at 11 Shore Rd, North Truro, MA 02652 on your left.
Public Transportation
Catch the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus that runs from Provincetown to Truro. The bus stop is located at the Town Hall.
