From the center of Provincetown, head south on Commercial Street towards the intersection with Conant Street. Turn left onto Conant Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bradford Street. Turn right onto Bradford Street and head towards the Provincetown Public Library. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Shankpainter Road. Turn left onto Shankpainter Road and follow it until you reach the intersection with Route 6. At this point, you will need to catch a local bus or shuttle service heading towards Plymouth, as there are no direct walking paths to the Massasoit Statue.
Public Transport
From the center of Provincetown, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Commercial Street and Standish Street. Board the Outer Cape Transit Authority (OCTA) bus heading towards Ptown to Boston. Request to get off at the Plymouth stop. Once you arrive at the Plymouth bus station, you can either walk to the statue by heading toward Carver Street or take a local taxi for a short ride to 35 Carver St, where the Massasoit Statue is located.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Provincetown. Start from the center of Provincetown and head south on Commercial Street. Continue until you reach Conant Street, then turn left. Follow Conant Street until it merges with Bradford Street. Keep riding straight until you reach Shankpainter Road. From there, follow the road south as it curves and eventually turn onto Route 6 heading west towards Plymouth. Once you reach Plymouth, navigate to 35 Carver St using local maps or GPS.
