    If you are in Quincy Center, start by heading north on Hancock Street towards the Quincy Adams Subway Station. Take the Braintree branch of the Red Line subway towards Alewife. Alight at the 'Park Street' station (about a 20-minute ride). Once you exit the train, follow the signs to transfer to the Green Line (C or D branch) and take the train towards Government Center. Get off at the 'Government Center' station. After exiting, walk towards the Boston Common and follow the signs to the 'Downtown' area. Continue walking on Tremont Street until you reach the waterfront. Finally, go east on Atlantic Avenue until you reach Central Wharf, where the New England Aquarium is located.

    From Quincy Center, walk to the Quincy Center subway station. Board the Red Line train towards Braintree. Travel for about 8 stops and get off at 'South Station'. From South Station, follow the signs to the Silver Line bus terminal. Take the Silver Line SL1 towards Logan Airport. Get off at the 'World Trade Center' stop. Walk northeast towards the waterfront, then head north on Atlantic Avenue until you reach Central Wharf. The New England Aquarium will be on your left.
