Bus
From the center of Quincy, head to the Quincy Center station and board the MBTA bus route 230 towards Plymouth. Stay on the bus for approximately 35 minutes. When you arrive at the stop at Warren Ave, walk about 5 minutes northeast on Warren Ave until you reach Plimoth Patuxet Museums located at 137 Warren Ave.
Train
Begin your journey at the Quincy Center station. Take the MBTA Commuter Rail on the Greenbush Line towards South Station. Get off at the Kingston station (approximately a 30-minute ride). From Kingston, you can catch the Plymouth & Brockton bus line to Plymouth. After arriving in Plymouth, walk about 10 minutes to 137 Warren Ave where the Plimoth Patuxet Museums is located.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Quincy and head south on Washington Street. Follow the bike paths until you reach the scenic route connecting to the waterfront. Continue on the bike path towards Plymouth via Route 3A. The ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival in Plymouth, use local bike lanes to navigate to 137 Warren Ave.
Walking
If you're close enough, you can also walk to Plimoth Patuxet Museums. Start from the Quincy Center and walk south on Washington Street. Continue onto the pedestrian paths leading towards the waterfront and follow the signs for Plymouth. This is a long walk (approximately 10 miles), so ensure you're prepared for a lengthy journey on foot.
