Merge onto I-95 S via the ramp to Boston. After about 17 miles, use the right two lanes to merge onto I-93 N toward Boston. Take exit 20 for Mass Ave, and keep left at the fork to follow signs for South Station. Continue onto Albany Street, then turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. Follow the signs for Government Center and take a left onto City Hall Square. City Hall Plaza will be on your right.
