If you're driving from the northern parts of Suffolk County, take I-93 South. Continue on I-93 until you reach exit 20 for the South Station. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Summer St. After exiting, turn right onto Summer St, then take a left onto Tremont St. Boston Common will be on your right at 139 Tremont St. If you're coming from the southern parts, take I-93 North and follow the same exit for South Station.

To reach Boston Common using the MBTA subway, locate the nearest subway station. If you are on the Red Line, head towards Alewife and get off at Park Street Station. From Park Street, take the Tremont St exit and you will be at the edge of Boston Common. If you are on the Green Line, you can also get off at Park Street Station, which is directly connected to Boston Common.

If you prefer the bus, check the MBTA bus routes that have stops near Boston Common. Routes 1, 43, and 47 all stop at or near Tremont St. Board the bus at your nearest MBTA bus stop and pay your fare.
