Start at the Quincy Center MBTA Station. Take the Red Line train towards Alewife. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Park Street Station in downtown Boston. From there, transfer to the Green Line and take the C or D train towards Government Center. Get off at the Government Center stop. Walk about 5 minutes towards Faneuil Hall, located at 1 S Market St. You will see the building on your left.

From your location in Quincy, find the nearest bus stop for the MBTA bus route 220 or 240. Board the bus heading towards the Quincy Center Station. Once at Quincy Center, transfer to the Red Line train towards Alewife. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at Park Street Station. From there, you can walk about 10 minutes to Faneuil Hall located at 1 S Market St. Follow the signs towards Government Center, and you will see the hall on your left side.

If you are near Quincy Center, you can also walk to Faneuil Hall. Head northwest on Hancock St towards the center of the city. Continue straight onto Adams St, and then turn right onto Washington St. Stay on Washington St until you reach the North Quincy MBTA station. From there, take the Red Line towards Alewife, and disembark at Park Street Station. Walk about 10 minutes from there to Faneuil Hall at 1 S Market St.
