The Boston Nature Center and Wildlife Sanctuary will be on your left at 500 Walk Hill St, Mattapan, MA 02126. There is parking available on site.

Start by taking the MBTA Red Line from downtown Boston towards Ashmont. Transfer at Ashmont to the Mattapan Trolley (also known as the Mattapan High-Speed Line). Ride the trolley to the end of the line at Mattapan Station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk: head east on River Street, then turn left onto Walk Hill Street. The sanctuary will be on your right at 500 Walk Hill St, Mattapan, MA 02126. Note that the MBTA fare will apply for both the subway and the trolley.
