Turn left onto Pawtucket Boulevard and follow it until you reach the intersection with Route 3. At this point, you may want to take a bus or train to Boston, as the Prescott House is located in Beacon Hill, Boston. Once in Boston, exit the train or bus station and head toward Beacon Hill. Walk to Beacon Street, and follow it until you reach 55 Beacon St, where the William Hickling Prescott House is located.

    From the Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at 84 Dutton St. Board the MVRTA bus route 1 towards Chelmsford. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Lowell Connector. Transfer to the MBTA bus 350 towards Alewife Station. After another 30 minutes, get off at Charles/MGH Station. From there, walk towards Beacon Hill by heading northeast on Cambridge Street. Continue onto Beacon Street until you reach 55 Beacon St, the William Hickling Prescott House.
