Once on Route 3, continue north until you reach the intersection with I-93. Merge onto I-93 North and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 45 for Route 110 towards Lowell. Follow Route 110 into Lowell, which will become Bridge Street. Continue on Bridge Street and turn right onto John Street. The Boott Cotton Mills Museum will be on your left at 115 John St, Lowell, MA 01852. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the area.
