If you are traveling by car, start on Main Street in your current location in The Islands. Head northeast towards the nearest main road and follow the signs for MA-114. Merge onto MA-114 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit for I-495 N toward Lowell. After about 15 miles, take exit 43 for MA-28 N toward Lawrence. Continue on MA-28 N for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Winthrop Ave. Den Rock Park will be on your left. There is no parking fee.

Check the local transit authority's schedule for the most updated routes. Upon arriving at Lawrence, get off at the Lawrence Common stop.
