Car
If you're driving, start at any point in The Islands and navigate towards Hull. You'll want to take the ferry from the Islands to the mainland if you're coming from one of the outer islands. Once on the mainland, head to Route 3A and follow it towards Hull. Continue on Route 3A until you see signs for Hull, which will take you onto Nantasket Avenue. The Hull Lifesaving Museum is located at 1117 Nantasket Ave, and there is street parking available near the museum.
Public Transportation
To reach the Hull Lifesaving Museum using public transport, take the ferry from your location on The Islands to the mainland. Once you arrive, you can catch the MBTA commuter rail (the Greenbush Line) from the nearest station to the ferry terminal (typically the Hingham or Cohasset station) towards South Station. Transfer at South Station to the Red Line towards Ashmont/Braintree and get off at the Braintree station. From Braintree, catch the 220 bus towards Hull. The bus will take you directly to Hull, and you will need to get off at the stop closest to 1117 Nantasket Ave. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may vary.
