Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from any location in The Islands. Head towards the ferry terminal and take a ferry to Boston. Upon arriving at the ferry terminal in Boston, head to the parking area and follow signs to Charles Street. Make a left onto Charles Street and continue until you reach 4 Charles St, where you will find the Make Way for Ducklings statue located in the Boston Public Garden.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, begin by taking a ferry from The Islands to Boston. Once you arrive at the Boston ferry terminal, exit and head to the nearest subway station (Aquarium Station on the Blue Line). Take the Blue Line toward Bowdoin and transfer at Government Center to the Green Line (C or D branch). Get off at Park Street Station. From Park Street, walk through Boston Common towards the Public Garden. Continue walking until you reach 4 Charles St, where the Make Way for Ducklings statue is located.

• Walking

  If you prefer to explore the area on foot after arriving in Boston, you can walk from the Boston ferry terminal. Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Boston Common. Enter the park and walk through the Common towards the Public Garden. The Make Way for Ducklings statue is located at 4 Charles St, just at the edge of the Public Garden.
