Car
From Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, head south on MA-140 S for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with I-190 S. Merge onto I-190 S and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 6A to merge onto I-495 N toward Lowell. After about 10 miles, take exit 27B to merge onto MA-2 E toward Boston. Continue on MA-2 E for about 15 miles. Take exit 53 for MA-126 S toward Concord. Follow signs for Concord. After about 5 miles, turn right onto Lexington Rd, and The Wayside will be on your left at 455 Lexington Rd, Concord, MA 01742.

From Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, walk to the nearest bus stop located on MA-140. Take the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MRTA) bus toward Fitchburg. Transfer at the Fitchburg station to the MBTA commuter rail (Fitchburg Line) heading towards Boston. Disembark at the Concord station. From Concord station, you can take a local bus or taxi to get to The Wayside at 455 Lexington Rd. The local bus will stop near the intersection of Main St and Lexington Rd. Walk about 0.5 miles to reach The Wayside Home of Authors.
