    From Waltham, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the MBTA 70 or 70A bus towards Alewife Station. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the Alewife Station and transfer to the Alewife subway station. Take the Red Line towards Ashmont/Braintree and travel for about 15 minutes. Get off at the Park Street Station and transfer to the Green Line. Take the Green Line towards Government Center and get off at the Government Center stop. From there, walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Boston Public Market located at 100 Hanover St.

  • Train

    Start at the Waltham MBTA Train Station. Board the Fitchburg Line train towards South Acton. This journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the North Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk about 5 minutes to the Haymarket area. From there, walk to 100 Hanover St, which is around a 10-minute walk from Haymarket.

    If you’re already in Waltham and prefer walking, head towards Main Street and follow it until you reach the Waltham MBTA Train Station. From there, board the train to North Station as described previously. After reaching North Station, follow the directions to walk to the Boston Public Market.
