From Worcester, MA, take I-290 W toward Auburn. Merge onto I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike) and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 9 toward MA-49 N/Spencer. Merge onto MA-49 N and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit toward Greenville St/MA-31 S. Turn left onto Greenville St, and after about 1 mile, you will see the Mass Audubon Burncoat Pond Wildlife Sanctuary on your left at 116 Greenville St, Spencer, MA 01562. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Mass Audubon Burncoat Pond Wildlife Sanctuary via public transportation, take the Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) bus #15 from Worcester City Hall to Spencer. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the last stop in Spencer, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance to the sanctuary, which is approximately 2 miles away.
