Getting There

• Walking

  Starting from the main tourist area in Bel Ombre, head towards the coastal road. Follow the path leading south along the beach, which will take you past the various resorts in the area. Keep walking until you reach the end of the beach, where you will find a small road. Turn left onto the road and continue walking. After a short distance, you will see signs pointing towards Baie du Cap. Follow these signs, and you will cross over a small bridge. Keep going straight until you reach the Football Ground Lane in Baie du Cap. Cap du Barachois is located at the end of this lane.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Bel Ombre. Start from the main square and head towards the coastal road. Cycle south along the beach, enjoying the scenic views. After a while, you will find a path that leads to a small road. Turn left onto this road, cycling towards Baie du Cap. Follow the road straight, which will lead you over a bridge. Continue until you reach Football Ground Lane. Cap du Barachois will be at the end of this lane.

• Public Transportation

  From Bel Ombre, look for a local bus stop. Catch a bus heading towards Baie du Cap. The buses are frequent and affordable. Inform the driver of your destination (Baie du Cap) as you board. Once you arrive at Baie du Cap, get off at the nearest stop to Football Ground Lane. Walk along the lane until you reach Cap du Barachois, which is located at the end.
