Once you reach B9, turn left and walk for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for Souillac. Continue straight on B9, passing through the small village of Bel Ombre. After approximately 3 kilometers, you'll reach the intersection with Route A9. Turn right onto Route A9. Walk for another 2 kilometers; you will start to see signs for Roche Qui Pleure. The observation deck is located near the coast, and you can follow the signs or ask locals for directions.
