From the center of Chamarel, head east on the main road (Royal Road). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Vieux Grand Port. Once you reach the intersection with a sign for Vieux Grand Port, turn right and follow the road for another 500 meters. The Frederick Hendrick Museum will be on your left, just before you reach the Old Grand Port Luxury Villas.

Start at the Chamarel bus stop located near the main road. Take the bus that heads towards Vieux Grand Port. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Vieux Grand Port stop. From there, walk about 300 meters down Royal Road; the Frederick Hendrick Museum will be on your left, near the Old Grand Port Luxury Villas.
