Getting There

  • Car

    From Flacq, head southwest on the A1 highway. Continue straight for approximately 28 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A3 road towards Chamarel. Drive for about 10 km until you reach the intersection with 7 Colored Earth Road. Turn right onto 7 Colored Earth Road, and continue for about 1 km until you arrive at Chamarel Seven Colored Earth Geopark. There is parking available on-site. Note that entry fees may apply, so be prepared for potential costs.

    Start at the Flacq Bus Station and take a bus heading towards Curepipe. From Curepipe, transfer to a bus that goes to Chamarel. Please confirm with the bus driver that their route includes a stop at Chamarel as some buses may not stop there directly.
