From Flic en Flac Beach, head east on the Coastal Road (B9) towards Quatre Bornes. Continue for about 7 km until you reach the intersection with the M1 highway. Take the M1 highway towards Port Louis. After driving about 3 km, take the exit toward Cascavelle/La Preneuse. Follow the signs for Cascavelle, then take a right onto the B10 road. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the entrance to Sept Cascades, which will be well-marked. There is no entrance fee, but parking may have a small cost.

From Flic en Flac Beach, locate the nearest bus stop along the Coastal Road (B9). Take a bus heading towards Quatre Bornes or Port Louis. You will need to change buses at the Quatre Bornes Bus Station. From there, take a bus heading towards Cascavelle. Get off at the Cascavelle stop, then you can either walk or take a taxi for the last 1 km to Sept Cascades. The total bus fare will be around 30-50 MUR, depending on the distance.
