Car
From any point in Grand Port, head towards Mahebourg. If you are starting from the center of Grand Port, take the B4 road heading east towards Mahebourg. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Royal Road (Route Royale). Continue on Royal Road for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the Mahebourg Museum on your left at HPM3+F8G. Look for the museum's sign to confirm your arrival.
Public Transportation
To reach Mahebourg Museum using public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop in Grand Port. You can take a bus heading to Mahebourg, which typically runs every 30 minutes. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Royal Road (Route Royale). The journey should take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. After getting off, walk approximately 5 minutes along Royal Road, and the Mahebourg Museum will be on your left at HPM3+F8G. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
