Walking
If you are in the center of Mahebourg, head towards the waterfront and follow the main road, Rue de la Liberté, towards the south. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Royal Road. Keep walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass local shops and eateries along the way. The Frederick Hendrick Museum will be located on your left-hand side, just past the Old Grand Port Luxury Villas.
Bus
From the central bus station in Mahebourg, take the bus heading towards Vieux Grand Port. Buses are frequent, and you can ask the driver to let you know when you reach your destination. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Royal Road. Once you get off, head towards Royal Road and walk for about 5 minutes until you see the Frederick Hendrick Museum on your left, near the Old Grand Port Luxury Villas.
