If you are in Pointe aux Piments, start by heading southeast towards the coastal road (A3). Continue walking along the coastal road until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue walking. You will pass several local shops and eateries. Keep walking until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Route A10 towards Triolet. Follow Route A10, and after about 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Shivala Rd. Turn right onto Shivala Rd, and the Maheswarnath Mandir will be on your left. It’s about a 30 to 40 minute walk from Pointe aux Piments.

From Pointe aux Piments, walk to the nearest bus stop on the coastal road (A3). Catch a bus heading towards Port Louis or Triolet. Inform the bus conductor that you wish to get off at Triolet. The bus ride will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Triolet, ask the locals for directions to Shivala Rd. Walk about 500 meters along Shivala Rd, and you will find Maheswarnath Mandir on your left. Ensure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
