    From the main beach area in Pointe aux Piments, head east along the coastal road (Royal Road) towards the village of Pointe aux Piments. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the A1 motorway (M1). At the intersection, turn left onto the A1 motorway and continue walking until you reach the next major junction. At this junction, you will see signs directing you to Port Louis. Follow these signs for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the city limits of Port Louis. Once in the city, follow the signs towards the center of Port Louis, which will lead you to Ste Croix Road. Turn right onto Ste Croix Road and continue walking for about 500 meters. The Pere Laval Church will be on your left at 27 Ste Croix Rd.

    From Pointe aux Piments, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main coastal road (Royal Road). Take a bus heading towards Port Louis. The buses are frequent and should run every 15-20 minutes during the day. Inform the bus driver that you are going to Port Louis. Once you arrive in Port Louis, get off at the bus terminus. From there, walk towards the central market area and then follow the signs towards Ste Croix Road. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus terminus to the Pere Laval Church. The church is located at 27 Ste Croix Rd, which will be on your left.
