Walking
If you are starting from the Central Market in Port Louis, head southwest on Rue de la Réunion toward Rue de la Corderie. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with La Chaussée. Turn left onto La Chaussée, and walk for about 10 minutes. The Friendly Dodo is located at number 4 La Chaussée on your right. Look for the sign outside.

If you are near the Caudan Waterfront, exit the waterfront area and head toward the main road (Avenue Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam). Walk northeast along the waterfront promenade and then turn left onto La Chaussée. Continue walking for about 15 minutes. The Friendly Dodo will be on your left at number 4 La Chaussée.

From the Port Louis Bus Station, take bus number 5 or 12 towards the Port. Get off at the stop near La Chaussée. Walk back toward the main road, and you will find The Friendly Dodo at 4 La Chaussée. It’s a short walk from the bus stop.
