Walking
From your current location in Trou aux Biches, head south towards the coastal road (Coastal Road). Continue walking along the coastal road until you reach the intersection with Route A3. Turn right onto Route A3 and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route C2. Keep walking straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach Poste Lafayette. The Seven Chakras Boutique Spa is located within the Nature Park at Bras D'eau, which will be on your left. Look for the spa signs to guide you.

Bus
If you prefer to take public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop along the Coastal Road in Trou aux Biches. Board a bus heading towards Poste Lafayette (make sure to check the sign on the bus for the correct destination). The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Poste Lafayette bus stop, disembark and walk towards Route C2. Continue walking along Route C2 for about 1 kilometer. The Seven Chakras Boutique Spa is located within the Nature Park at Bras D'eau, which will be on your left. Look for signs directing you to the spa.

Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from local rental shops in Trou aux Biches. Once you have your bicycle, head south along the Coastal Road towards Poste Lafayette. The cycle ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Follow the Coastal Road until you reach the intersection with Route A3, then turn right onto Route A3. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn left onto Route C2. Keep cycling straight for another 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the Nature Park at Bras D'eau, where the Seven Chakras Boutique Spa is located.
