If you're traveling by car, start from La Paz, Baja California Sur. Take Carretera Federal 1 (Mex 1) heading north. After approximately 60 km, take the exit towards San José del Cabo. Continue on Mex 1 for another 180 km until you reach the town of Loreto. From Loreto, follow the signs for Sierra de la Giganta. The journey will take around 3 hours, and you'll enjoy scenic views of the coast and mountains. Note that gas stations are available along the route, but it's advisable to fill up in Loreto before heading into more remote areas.
