Once you are in León, look for the exit towards 'Cam. A Ibarrilla' (which is also signposted). Take this exit and continue straight on Cam. A Ibarrilla for approximately 6 kilometers. The zoo will be on your right. There is parking available near the entrance, which is often free.

To reach Parque Zoológico de León via public transportation, you will first need to get to the main bus terminal in León (Central de Autobuses de León). From there, look for a local bus that goes towards 'Ibarrilla' or 'Parque Zoológico' (the bus routes may vary, so it's best to ask at the terminal). The fare is usually around 10-15 MXN. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop nearest to the zoo, which is typically marked. After getting off, it’s just a short walk to the entrance of the park.
