Ferry
To reach the Chapel of Guadalupe in Isla Mujeres from Cancun, start by making your way to the Puerto Juárez ferry terminal. You can take a taxi or use a local bus to get there. If you are taking a bus, board the bus that says 'Puerto Juárez' and ask the driver to let you know when to get off. Once you arrive at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Ferries typically run every 30 minutes. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the Caribbean Sea during your journey.

Walking
After arriving at Isla Mujeres, disembark the ferry and head straight out of the terminal. From the ferry terminal, you can either take a taxi or start walking. If you choose to walk, head south on Avenida Miguel Hidalgo. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the intersection with Avenida Payo Obispo. Turn left onto Avenida Payo Obispo. The Chapel of Guadalupe is located at Payo Obispo, Meteorológico, 77400 Isla Mujeres, Q.R. You will see the chapel on your right after a short walk.
