From Cancun, head to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal. You can take a taxi or use a local bus, which will take you to the terminal. If taking a bus, look for the 'Puerto Juarez' sign at the bus stop. Once at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres. Ferries run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes.

Once you arrive at Isla Mujeres, disembark from the ferry and walk towards the main street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av Rueda Medina. Turn left, and then walk about 5-10 minutes. Envatours Isla Mujeres is located at Marina Bartolomé, Av Rueda Medina 1667, Centro. Look for the marina sign; you will find the location easily.
