If you are in central Cozumel, start by heading to the main square (Plaza Principal). From there, walk south towards the waterfront. Continue along Avenida Rafael E. Melgar, which runs parallel to the shore. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the ferry terminal. From the ferry terminal, take a ferry to Puerto Morelos. Once you arrive at the Puerto Morelos ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head east towards Avenida Javier Rojo Gomez. Turn left (north) and walk for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Ejercito Mexicano. Akabal Spa will be on your left at Ejercito Mexicano Supermanzana 02 Manzana 02 Lote 16.

Rent a bicycle from any of the rental shops in Cozumel. Start from the center of Cozumel and head towards the south along Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Continue riding until you reach the ferry terminal.
