Public Bus
From your location in Cozumel, head to the main ferry terminal located at Avenida 5 between Calle 1 and Calle 2. Catch a ferry to Playa del Carmen, which runs frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Playa del Carmen, exit the ferry terminal and head to the nearby bus terminal located on Calle 2, between Avenida 20 and Avenida 30. Take a bus heading towards Tulum and inform the driver you are going to Cenote Chaak Tun. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop on Av. Benito Juarez, from where you can walk approximately 1.5 km to the cenote entrance.

Travel to the main ferry terminal at Avenida 5 between Calle 1 and Calle 2 in Cozumel and take a ferry to Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, you can find taxis available outside the ferry terminal. Inform the taxi driver to take you to Cenote Chaak Tun, located at Av. Benito Juarez 7-km 4. The taxi ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
