Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the town center of San Miguel de Cozumel, start by heading towards the waterfront. Make your way to Avenida Rafael E. Melgar, which runs parallel to the coast. As you walk along this avenue, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Continue walking north until you reach the intersection with Calle 8. Turn right onto Calle 8 and walk straight until you see the Mirador, which is located at 77660 San Miguel de Cozumel. It will be on your left side. This walk should take around 15-20 minutes from the town center.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in San Miguel. Start at the rental location and head to Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Cycle north along the waterfront, enjoying the scenery. When you reach Calle 8, turn right. Continue straight until you reach the Mirador at 77660 San Miguel de Cozumel. It's a pleasant ride and should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

  To reach the Mirador by taxi, simply find a taxi stand or hail one on the street. Inform the driver that you would like to go to the Mirador located at 77660 San Miguel de Cozumel. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic, and will be a straightforward trip since the driver is familiar with the area.

  For public transport, you can take a local bus that runs along Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Look for a bus heading north and ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Calle 8. Once you get off, walk east on Calle 8 until you reach the Mirador. This option is economical and gives you a local experience, but may take a bit longer, around 20-30 minutes in total.
