If you're starting from Chapultepec, make your way to Avenida Chapultepec. Walk towards the intersection with Avenida Vallarta. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Avenida Vallarta. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calle Mariano Bárcena. Turn right onto Calle Mariano Bárcena, and you'll find Acuario Michin Guadalajara on your left at C. Mariano Bárcena 990.
Public Transport - Bus

From Chapultepec, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Chapultepec. Look for a bus heading towards the city center (Centro). Buses such as '103' or '620' frequently travel this route. Board the bus and pay the fare (approximately 10-12 pesos). After about 10 minutes, disembark at the stop near Calle Mariano Bárcena. Walk a short distance along Calle Mariano Bárcena to reach Acuario Michin Guadalajara, which is at C. Mariano Bárcena 990.
Public Transport - Metro

If you prefer the metro, walk to the nearest station, which is 'Juárez' on Line 1 (the red line). Take the metro towards 'Auditorio.' Disembark at the 'San Antonio' station. From there, transfer to bus route '21' heading to Centro. Pay the bus fare (approximately 10-12 pesos). After about 10 minutes, get off at Calle Mariano Bárcena.
