    From Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Av. 16 de Septiembre toward Calle Morelos. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach Calz Independencia Sur. Turn right onto Calz Independencia Sur, and you will find Cabeza de Quetzalcóatl on your left after about 300 meters. The landmark is located at Sin numero, Calz Independencia Sur.

    From the nearest bus stop at Plaza de Armas, take any bus heading towards Calz Independencia Sur. The fare is approximately 10 MXN.
