From the main square (Plaza Principal), head south on Avenida Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, then turn right onto Avenida Damero. Continue straight until you see 'Guarderia Elvirita' on your left; Mr. Happy is right next to it. The distance is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.
