From the center of Huatulco, head south on Boulevard Chahue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, Carretera Federal 200. Turn right onto Carretera Federal 200 and follow the road for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Playa La Bocana. Turn left onto the access road that leads to the beach area. There may be a small parking fee at designated parking areas near the beach.

Take a local bus or colectivo (shared taxi) from the main bus terminal in Huatulco. Look for a vehicle heading towards Santa María Huatulco or Playa La Bocana. The fare is usually around 20-30 pesos. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to Playa La Bocana. From there, walk towards the beach, which is a short distance away. Be prepared for a short walk on a dirt path to reach the sandy area.
