If you are near a metro station, take Line 2 (the blue line) towards Tasqueña. Get off at the Bellas Artes station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Ballet Folklórico' and head towards Av. Juárez. Walk down Av. Juárez for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas. Turn left onto Eje Central and continue until you reach Calzada de los Muertos. La Ciudadela will be on your right.

You can take a bus from various locations in the city. Look for a bus that heads towards Centro Histórico. Get off at the 'Eje Central' stop. From there, walk towards Calzada de los Muertos, which is a short distance away. When you reach Calzada de los Muertos, La Ciudadela will be to your left.

If you are already in the vicinity of downtown Mexico City, you can walk to La Ciudadela. From the Zócalo (main square), head west on 16 de Septiembre street. Continue straight until you reach Av. Juárez, where you will turn right. Walk down Av. Juárez until you reach Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas. Turn left onto Eje Central and continue until you arrive at Calzada de los Muertos. La Ciudadela will be on your right.
