Walking
If you are in the Zócalo (main square) of Oaxaca, start by facing the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. Walk towards the northwest corner of the square, where you will see the entrance to Calle de Alcalá. Turn left onto Calle de Alcalá and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Stay on this street until you reach C. Macedonio Alcalá. Andador Turístico is located at C. Macedonio Alcalá 100, which is a pedestrian street, so keep walking straight until you see the promenade lined with local artisans and street performers.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Zócalo, you can take a local bus that goes towards the Centro Historico. Look for buses marked with 'Centro' or 'Zócalo.' Board the bus and ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to C. Macedonio Alcalá. Once you get off, walk towards the direction of the Zócalo, and you will see the entrance to Andador Turístico on your left. It's a short walk from the bus stop.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer more comfort, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app. Simply tell the driver to take you to C. Macedonio Alcalá 100, RUTA INDEPENDENCIA, Centro, Oaxaca. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes from the Zócalo, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right near the entrance to Andador Turístico.
