Getting There

Collective Taxi

From your location in Playa del Carmen, head to the nearest colectivo taxi stop, which is typically located along Calle 2 or Calle 10. Look for a small van marked with 'Tulum' or 'Puerto Aventuras'. Tell the driver you want to go to Aqua Nick® Riviera Maya. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive, the entrance will be visible from the main road.
Bus

Locate the ADO bus terminal in Playa del Carmen. From there, take a bus heading towards Tulum or Akumal. Inform the bus attendant that you wish to get off at Aqua Nick® Riviera Maya.
