If you're staying in Playa del Carmen, start by walking to the main avenue, Avenida 5ta (5th Avenue). From there, head south towards the bus terminal located at Calle 12. Once you reach the bus terminal, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Cancún. The buses are frequent, and the ride to Cancún takes about 1 hour. Get off at the stop closest to Mar Caribe 500. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach the Coral Reef location.

From Playa del Carmen, make your way to the ADO bus station located at Calle 12. Purchase a ticket to Cancún. The buses leave regularly and take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Cancún, you can either take a taxi or use a local bus to get to Mar Caribe 500. The taxi ride will be more direct, while the local bus will require you to check the routes to find the nearest stop. Confirm with the driver to ensure you are dropped off at a point close to the Coral Reef.
