Getting There

Bus
From the center of Playa del Carmen, head to the ADO bus station located on Avenida 5. Take a bus towards Tulum or Puerto Aventuras. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Puerto Aventuras. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Puerto Aventuras, walk towards the marina area. From there, you can ask locals for directions to Condo Portofino, which is located in Caleta Xel Ha. It’s a short 10-minute walk from the marina.

Taxi
You can easily find a taxi from any point in Playa del Carmen. Simply flag down a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. Tell the driver you want to go to Condo Portofino, 102H, Caleta Xel Ha in Puerto Aventuras. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the journey.

Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Playa del Carmen. Head south on Avenida 5 until you reach the highway (Carretera 307). Carefully cross the highway and follow the road signs towards Puerto Aventuras. This route is approximately 20 kilometers and should take around 1-1.5 hours. Once in Puerto Aventuras, follow the directions to the marina and ask for Condo Portofino, which is a short walk from there.
